Our Story

BarkCove is a small shop run by a small team in France, and we sell one thing at a time. Right now, that's the PawPouch: a thick sherpa hoodie with a front pouch for cats and small dogs up to 16.5 lb, because some pets simply want to be carried, and some people simply want their hands back.

Here is how we work. Our products ship from a partner warehouse in Asia. That is why shipping is free everywhere and why it takes one to three weeks. We'd rather tell you that before you order than surprise you after. Every parcel is tracked, and if it hasn't arrived by the end of its window, we re-ship it or refund you — your choice.

Here is what you won't find on this site: invented stock counters, borrowed reviews, or a sale that "ends tonight" every night. The comments you see are real screenshots from our Instagram. The bundle offer is real too: order two hoodies and an extra 10% comes off at checkout, three and it's 15%, applied on its own if you pay within the ten minutes on the timer. When the timer hits zero, the offer really is gone.

If anything isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us, for any reason, and a real person answers within 24 hours at support@barkcove.com.
