What size should I order, and how big can my pet be?

The pouch is made for cats, kittens and small dogs up to 16.5 lb (7.5 kg): Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Maltese, Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, Miniature Dachshunds. Heavier than that and it won't be comfortable for either of you.

The hoodie is your size, S to 3XL, with an oversized fit. Tap Size chart under the size buttons (bust and length, inches and cm). Between two sizes? Go one up: more room for you, more room for them. Not sure? Email support@barkcove.com with your usual hoodie size and your pet's weight, and we'll pick with you.

How long does shipping take?

We prepare your order within 1–2 business days. Then delivery takes 7–14 business days in the United States, 8–15 in the United Kingdom and Europe, 10–18 in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and 12–21 everywhere else. Shipping is free and tracked; your estimated arrival dates are shown right under the Add to cart button.

Not arrived by the end of its window? Email us and we re-ship it or refund you in full, your choice.

Will I have to pay customs?

Nothing is added at checkout. Many orders arrive with nothing to pay. If customs or the carrier asks you to pay an import fee at delivery, pay it, then email us the receipt at support@barkcove.com: we refund it in full, usually within 48 hours. Australia: no customs charges on this item.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, for any reason. "My cat hates it" counts. Email support@barkcove.com with your order number and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with instructions. Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay for the return, and often we don't even ask for it back. Changed your mind: you cover the return postage, and the item should come back unused and in its original packaging. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days once the return is confirmed.

I ordered the wrong size or color. Can I change it?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes: email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we swap it before it leaves the warehouse, free. After that, no drama either: tell us when it arrives, we ship the right size and sort the first one out afterwards.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, 1–2 business days after you order. The first scan can take 3–5 days to show up; that's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost. Can't find the email? Send your order number to support@barkcove.com and we'll send you the link.

What if my pet won't stay in the pouch?

Most pets settle in after two or three short tries. Put the hoodie on first, sit down, lower your pet into the pouch with a treat, and keep the first sessions to a few minutes on the couch. Their head pops out through the round opening, their body rests against you, and they can climb out any time; nothing presses on their neck. Please don't drive with your pet in the pouch. And if it's just not their thing, the 30-day guarantee covers you.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with a mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener (it flattens the fleece). Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry, and don't iron. Give the pouch a shake before washing to get the fur out.
