Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of barkcove.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
BarkCove operates this store. You can reach us at support@barkcove.com for anything at all, including a copy of these terms in writing.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you click pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — out of stock, obvious pricing error, an address we cannot ship to — we will cancel it and refund you in full, promptly and without you having to chase us.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars by default and converted automatically to your local currency where available. The converted figure is indicative; your bank sets the final rate. Prices may change at any time, but never after you have paid.
4. Shipping and duties
Delivery estimates are published in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carriers are outside our control. If your order exceeds its stated window, contact us and we will re-ship or refund. Import duties, where they apply, are reimbursed by us on presentation of the receipt.
5. Returns
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to it and is not affected by anything written here.
6. Using the product safely
Our products are aids, not restraints. Never leave an animal unattended on or in any BarkCove product. Check the stated weight limit before use. We are not liable for injury resulting from use beyond the stated limits or from leaving an animal unsupervised.
7. Your account and conduct
You agree not to use this site fraudulently, to place orders with payment methods that are not yours, or to interfere with the site's operation. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images and design on this site belong to BarkCove. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. If something goes wrong, email us first — we would rather fix it than argue about it. Your statutory consumer rights always remain available to you.
